Online therapy & counselling in Newcastle

Have you ever wondered what your life would feel like if you were able to understand yourself and the people around you in a different way? Sometimes all we need to do is to learn how to relate to ourself in a new way, which naturally brings forward our best qualities, making life more enjoyable and more mentally peaceful.

I work with clients experiencing a variety of challenges that are undermining their wish to be happy and at peace with themselves. We will work together to gain deep insights into the challenges that you bring to therapy and to then co-create the way forward towards the life you want, achieved through greater self-understanding, acceptance and tools that I will share with you along the way.
