I use an integrative approach informed by evidence-based modalities such as Acceptance & Commitment Therapy and Internal Family Systems Therapy.

Everyone is different, so the way we tackle these issues will be customised to you. In general, I help people to relate to all of the parts of themselves with acceptance and compassion, which awakens their innate ability to become the person they’d like to be.

Meeting in person in a comfortable private space, my Newcastle location is easy to access and free parking is available nearby. My rooms are located at 17 Bolton St, Newcastle.

Online

If you live outside of Newcastle or you’re unable to do face-to-face sessions, I offer video calls. All you need is a smooth internet connection and privacy for the duration of the session.
