Hi, I’m Jake
Through my journey during the counselling degree that I completed in 2011 and also through my own personal therapy and self-development, I discovered that we all possess our own inner guiding light, but this light is often dimmed because we haven’t yet learnt to tune into it. Everybody faces different challenges at different times of their life, and I am a firm believer in our human ability to transform difficulties into personal growth that leads to a more authentic, grounded and satisfying way of approaching life.
I would be honoured to walk with you along this path of transformation, helping you to access deeper levels of self-awareness, affect change and growth, and to see you become the best possible version of your self!
